Like a little island surrounded by greenery, the house enjoys an idyllic setting on the edge of the village. Inside, the warmth of chestnut timber and the coolness of stone blend with stylish modern fittings, with every inch of space carefully optimised. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spectacular terrace where you can dine overlooking the Ligurian Apennines, nestled between nature and the swimming pool. A table for two awaits in the blissful shade of the hop vine. In the evening, settle into the intimate outdoor lounge and enjoy the scents drifting up from the forest and fields below. On the first floor, reached via an external staircase, the bedroom features a queen-size bed and opens onto a small private terrace overlooking this magnificent landscape, with armchairs that make it the perfect spot for an aperitif. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a dressing area.
